Alexx A-Game otherwise known as Alex Gallimore is originally from Discovery Bay St. Ann. He attended the Edna Manley School of Performing Arts after which he became the lead vocalist in Di Blueprint band where he honed his talents. Shortly after he launched his solo career. He has released quite a number of singles over the years which have gained traction locally and internationally. His latest song “Double” is a collaboration with Tory Lanez.
“Double”, dubbed the hustlers anthem, produced by Vern Hill, was pre-released by the Real and True label co-owned by Alexx. The song speaks about working hard on your dreams and going for what you want. This means double the effort, as the song states “go hard and done”. It is a motivational song and is rightfully dubbed the hustlers’ anthem. Alexx speaks from the perspective of the inner city youth. In so doing, he also tells us some of his dreams for his music career. The piece is well put together and flaunts a neo-pop style. The track is now available on iTunes, Soundcloud as well as several other major digital outlets.
