All doubts were put to rest regarding the venue change for the iconic event that iLoveSoca has grown into. On Boxing Day, Heroes Circle became home not just to history and the Wolmers legacy, but to Jamaica’s devoted soca lovers, who showed up ready to fete.
Venue changes can be risky. They often threaten logistics, energy, and crowd flow. But iLoveSoca flipped the narrative, turning a potential challenge into a clear win. Heroes Circle provided the freedom to move, dance, and fully immerse in the music, without losing the intimate fete atmosphere that soca fans live for. Accessibility was another major plus, with multiple routes in and out of the area making arrival and departure noticeably smoother.
As expected, the energy was on point from start to finish. A top-tier lineup of DJs kept the momentum high, while the signature iLoveSoca stages and visuals delivered once again. From the moment patrons entered, the experience was immersive, with multiple photo backdrops and vibrant staging setting the tone. It was a true celebration of Caribbean soca culture, with flags waving proudly and a diverse crowd representing islands across the region. The music reflected that unity, spanning soca sounds from all corners of the Caribbean and introducing fresh rhythms throughout the night.

The event was supported by sponsors including Best Weekend Ever, Hookah Island, Vuse, and Soldanza, and featured a stellar roster of DJs such as DJ Richie Ras, Cyclone, JR & Creep Chromatic, DJ Mindless, TZ, DJ Tyler, Franco, and Brush 1. Just when the crowd thought the night had peaked, they were treated to a surprise appearance from one of dancehall’s hottest acts right now, Skippa, sending the energy through the roof.
By the end of the night at Heroes Circle, any lingering skepticism had disappeared. The verdict was clear. New venue, bigger energy.
Looking ahead, iLoveSoca is already gearing up for an ambitious 2026 run. The brand is planning a full slate of staple events including I Love Soca, Illuminate, Rytz, Yardmas Jouvert, Yardmas Road March, Yardmas Beach, and the debut of a new addition, Anthems. I Love Soca Carnival Week 2026 is set to run from Monday, April 6 through April 13.

If Boxing Day was any indication, the future is bright. Stay locked in with iLoveSoca and their upcoming events by following them on Instagram at @ilovesocajamaica.
