“So I was born in Jamaica, but I grew up in London..umm… but living in London there’s a lot of influences from Jamaica, from Jamaican culture, dancehall culture.. so my music is…of course there is a blend but in the end, it all comes back to Dancehall and Reggae because that’s my home and I never really missed it being in London because it was always there around me anyway,” says Khalia at her recent visit to Carib Voxx.
