Joby Jay is a female reggae artiste. She released her first single ‘Big Girl Ting’ in December 2019 and has performed for multiple events, some of which include UNPLGD as well as Smile Jamaica and Daytime Live both broadcasted by Television Jamaica (TVJ).
Flexibility is important for any artist. During this time, Joby Jay has appeared on many Instagram lives put on by popular Jamaican influencers like QuitePerry and has also conducted lives of her own showing off her versatility and talent as a young reggae artist. She has also curated her own YouTube series entitled Jam with Joby Jay, where she performs original pieces and covers of popular songs.
The single is one that oozes empowerment and upliftment for females all over the world and reminds them that they are powerful, beautiful and indeed like royalty. Her single will be featured on a juggling project entitled ‘Female Reggae Voices’ which was curated by a Switzerland team and is set to be released this Summer.
