TRENDY talk with Jessica Thomas

As individuals, we are all gifted with dreams and aspirations designed to enrich our hearts. Unfortunately, doubt and fear have crippled the ambitions of many creative entrepreneurs who are inhibited by the fear of failure and the fear of being judged. At the age of 18, the charismatically confident Jessica Thomas has already established herself as the founder of her own digital marketing agency, TRENDY.

“I have always been a very ambitious person, and I believe that you should always take risks, do what you want, and do what makes you happy in life. I got the courage to start my business by simply believing I could do anything I put my mind to.”

A successful start to her modeling career, in addition to being featured in TikTok campaigns with artists like Skillibeng, has given Jessica enough visibility among her youthful demographic to leverage into launching TRENDY. The vision statement of TRENDY is to align with Young Creatives who see no barriers in the world of digital marketing and are obsessed with what’s trending.

“This mindset is something I’ve had since I was younger, and I continue to believe that once you really want something and you put your mind to it, YOU CAN DO IT. To me, age is just a number and it should not define what you can and cannot do in life. Being 18 doesn’t mean I cannot aspire for better and strive to achieve great things.”

The company aims to provide social media management, talent casting, branding, and content creation for local and regional clients using minimalistic yet efficient designs and workflows. “The services offered by TRENDY are special because we delve deeply into what’s socially and digitally current. This way, the content created for marketing is relatable and humorous, thus attracting more clients. Which marketing agency would know what’s trending better than an 18-year-old who loves social media? TRENDY also offers more than just marketing and management; we provide everything your business needs to thrive on social media.”

Jessica Thomas exemplifies a youthful and refreshing approach to charismatic leadership. Her valor in delving into the realm of creative entrepreneurship at such a young age is exactly the type of initiative that we should encourage among our young people around the region.
