With a vibrant real estate market and a seemingly perpetual influx of tourists taking escapades to the island’s shores, Barbados is becoming the epicenter of Caribbean luxury. Barbados is the next stop for the Worlds Collide Art Show, and on May 18, 2025, the beautiful island will experience the Caribbean’s most prestigious art show. After three successful stagings in Jamaica, Worlds Collide and Hi Esteem Agency are partnering with the mesmeric O2 Beach Club & Spa to bring a unique blend of art, culture, and luxury to the island’s south coast.
“Ocean Hotels is thrilled to be a major sponsor of the Worlds Collide Art Show, an event that beautifully showcases the depth of local and regional talent and the richness of our cultural landscape. Supporting the arts and local artists is an integral part of our brand story and is an essential part of our commitment to fostering creativity and innovation, both for our local community and the visitors who seek authentic and inspiring experiences. We believe that collaborations like this not only celebrate artistic expression but also help shape the future of cultural tourism in the Caribbean,” said Group General Manager, Patricia Affonso-Daas.

Worlds Collide Art Show aims to bridge the gap between art and luxury in the Caribbean, showcasing the region’s rich cultural heritage and its potential for high-end tourism. By emphasizing cultural tourism, initiatives like the Worlds Collide Art Show are helping to expand the region’s tourism industry beyond its traditional focus on sun, sand, and sea.
The feature artist at this year’s show is Bajan visual art genius Shane Eastmond, who will be exhibiting his stunning paintings and performing a live painting demonstration.
“It’s an absolute honor to be a part of Worlds Collide and to be the feature artist. I have been following the brand as it has moved around regionally and internationally and was always looking forward to this moment. I’m excited about what we all are bringing forward to share with the world.
For a long time, art and entertainment have been a part of my journey, and that changed the entire creative landscape around me and other creatives. I love the new, fresh perspective Worlds Collide brings to this idea, and I think everyone who takes part will be inspired,” said Eastmond.
Eastmond will be joined by a talented lineup of performers, including Worlds Collide founder Stefan Amali, Lagoon Wavy, Malaika Croney, and Islandboyray, who will take the stage with live performances that blend music, art, and culture.

Worlds Collide Art Show is a unique event that brings together art, cuisine, and luxury to create an unforgettable experience. With its focus on showcasing regional art and talent, the show is helping to promote cultural tourism and establish the Caribbean as a hub for high-end art and culture. Worlds Collide would like to show appreciation to its sponsors for Barbados: Trident Wines, Coca-Cola, Dasani, The Nation News, Maivue, Island Villas, and Music n Echo.
