As Carib Voxx got a sneak peek of ‘Rapture’ at the official listening party earlier this year at Tuff Gong Recording Studios, we also got a chance to chat with Koffee. We asked about the diversity of her music and the fusion of different genres within her songs.
“I think I mix in a little bit of that specifically and especially for people my age. When I just started ‘Burnin’ and ‘Ragamuffin’, I realize I was attracting a lot of older people who can appreciate reggae music. I kind of wanted to bring it down to my level to what the young people would like. That’s my effort in terms of mixing everything”
